Clement is a Policy Researcher.

Clement holds a first degree in European Affairs from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg (France) and in 2006 he completed an MSc in Environmental Policy, Planning and Regulation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In his academic career Clement focused on the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol’s flexible mechanisms in Central Europe and on environmental assessment.
